Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Payment Deducted but Not Recorded: If the amount is deducted from the user’s bank account/UPI/card but the payment is not successfully recorded on our website.
- Duplicate Payment: If the same fee is accidentally paid more than once for the same application.
- Technical Payment Error: If a technical issue results in an incorrect payment transaction.
Non-Refundable Payments
Successfully processed payments are generally non-refundable if the applicant:
- Changes their mind or does not proceed with the application.
- Enters incorrect information in the application form.
- Fails to meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
- Does not complete the application process.
Refund Process
Eligible refund requests will be verified using the transaction details. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
