Institute strictly insists upon the regularity and punctuality.
There is no summer or winter vacation. Each trainee will be allowed 12 casual leave and 15 medical leave only. Application for leave should be countersigned by parents and application for medical leave must be supported by a medical certificate issued by a qualified registered medical practitioner.
In addition to their leaves the trainee will also be allowed to avail all the holidays of state government (Subject to office order issued by this office) and each Second Saturday of the month.
Unauthorized absence is viewed very seriously.
Every trainee will have to secure minimum 80 percent of attendance to enable him to appear in Board’s Examination. Such candidates, whose attendance falls short of the prescribed minimum, will not be permitted to appear in Board examinations even if his examination form has already been forwarded by the institute.
The training must have to complete the required training hours prescribed by the Directorate of the Technical Education. If there is any loss of trainee due to any reason, it must be completed in extra hours. If a trainee fails to complete the losses in extra hours, it has to be completed with the next batch.
The institute runs in two shifts. Every trainee will have to reach institute in time. Late corners will be treated as ‘Absent’.
If a trainee remains absent for 10 days without any permission, he will be declared absconder and his name will be struck off from the rolls. Re-admission of such trainee will be at the sole discretion of the Principal.
It is obligatory for every trainee to attend all special/remedial classes and all functions arranged/ organized by the institute from time to time. Absence from such class or function will be treated severally.
